This is completely unrelated, but is it possible to hack a wizards spell such that they are unaware of the manipulation. While their are likely some defenses their spells are quite automate and most wizards lack linkamancy, so I was curious to know.

I always thought demons would see things through a blood-tinted glass.

So are the elementals native to their plane, or immigrants like the demons?

Also what relations do they have to the Astlan and the Abyss?

Its sad but most stories do show them surviving despite their flaws, oh look a succubus she’ll tempt you and is clearly evil for wanting sex. You need sex as a species to survive so why do so many humans view it as a sin. It’s like they believe that the continuation of their race is evil and choose to do it anyways.

I have read many stories where humans are the good guys, but if you are in a world with multiple sentient races and they have all banded together to kill your people, then you are probably not the good guys.

The post I refer to run off my screen into the mysterious void to the right of my screen which I can no longer perceive. Not sure how I did that.

That is where you are wrong. Most ancient cultures had their religion fully integrated with their lives. It would be impossible to gather to certain places on a regular basis so their religion would seem more akin to customs. Many stories in ancient myth offer sacrifices to a god, spirit, monster, dragon, or other supernatural deity. Overtime we separated these things based on religion, but old myths do include virgin sacrifices and do tie in with the religion. These stories aren’t as common now however as Christians tend to be pyromaniacs that believe fire solves problems. Why preserve things that make you think differently or have a different view point when you can burn them. They they destroyed millenia of culture in decades. You’ll also find accounts of this in many human societies so don’t limit yourself to western civilization and also look at prior civilizations. You’ll find plenty.

When did demons first showing up?

Better yet why are their so many humans, and why did older more advanced species allow them to take their territory?

    Sorry for getting off topic.

Demons are more ethereal in nature than a human. They get most of their power from energy manipulation, so can demons work out? Would a demon working out have any effect or are they always at their physical prime?

Would a greater understanding of their body aid them, or would meditation be better?

Put bluntly does working out have a positive effect on a demon?

Have you not heard of stories that require a live virginal sacrifice who is often an attractive woman. Male sacrifices are uncommon. You find these stories in a lot of old mythologies and other various media.

So what’s the difference between angels and demons again. Since a demon can use divine magic as shown publicly by Tom, and privately by Len, the magics of divine beings and demons are compatible. The fact he can use the magic might possibly hint to demons not being the opposites of the gods.

Also why can’t people accept the fact that they don’t need to blame their life’s problems on demons. I am certain that most human suffering was caused both directly and indirectly by humans. Its like they made the race so they can have a group whom they can blame all their problems on.

Also do other species have other beliefs? I know that most non-humans don’t summon demons, so I was curious to know if their demons are different in their myths. I know the elves are old enough to have their own beliefs and could possibly come to other conclusions about demons, but the other races are questionable. I doubt different races have identical beliefs and myths.
