Not that. The spoiler is the explanation, the mechanics of how things works. With the advance knowledge that we have, the sense of discovery and exploration is reduced. This sense of wonder and discovery is a typical fare in Fantasy. This is the very charm in Alice in Wonderland. We meet all those wacky characters and Wonderland’s curious logic for a great read.
I was kinda waiting for book two to explore the nature of demon bodies, their anantomy so to speak.
Arent we constantly asking for spoilers, here on this forum?
If we count questions about how the world works as spoilers…KorwinMember
If demons and wizzards could just go ‘anywhere’ they could almost just get anything. Why is it not happening here?
At least for wizards, there could be the problem of being able to get back…KorwinMember
…there’s … a spoiler… Screw … Lillith
Go for it Tizzy!
KorwinMember
Could somebody be both a demon and a god?
Would’nt be surprised if thats the case. There is even an missing super powerful Demon who might have thougt, why not try this god business…
KorwinMemberWe saw Tom remotly moving some Arrows he had object bound.
I would theorize that Tizzies pipe is object bound to him and he moves the pipe from and to a stash in the abbys.KorwinMember
Followers of the Demon Sokrats are hunted down and destroyed for licentious and sinful behavior by the Knights of Tiernon.
What? Followers of a Demon?
Archdemon Iscariot subverts the majority of themembers of the Council of Magi.Legend holds that each council member and other key members of the government are paid with a medallion made of a silver coin, said to be of a highly magical nature.Thirty such medallions were said to have existed in total.
A special reason, why 30? (Besides the Bible.)
Followers of the ArchDemon Anselm
Another one. How widespread are Demon-Cults?KorwinMember
For more on the Eternal Conflict, turn into Volume II
I am able to get it now? :-$
All the stories say that good always manages to win in the end and that evil is vanquished.
Well the winner write the history…KorwinMemberAnd most Demons cant shapechange, correct?
Or could an Lvl. 1 Demon learn to shapechange?KorwinMember
I suppose in theory, you could have Never Been Bound Demon who has been incarnated, just not familiar with that happeing.
Pretty shure this will happen, as soon as Wizards know the Origin of unbound Demons and try to become Demon Princes themselves…KorwinMember
Yeah…I can see you are going to be dangerous as a demon, after I collect my payment from the author. =p~
This is an confirmation, of my suspicion, of Demons making new Demons out of souls?
KorwinMember
Also, I know god’s protect the soul’s of their followers, but why don’t demons ever drag humans to the abyss and force them to endure the binding ritual so that they will become level one demons? No protection and it seems like something fun to do.
There might actually be an top secret project in the Abbys who does that… who would know?
We do know there are places where humans are able to live (and that most are tortured there)
The problem from the point of view of demons is, you dont want to create an to powerful Demon. He might be more powerful than you…KorwinMember
Does Astlan have other planets, and if so why hasn’t a free demons just left the planet, found another planet or moon to settle on, created a gate back to the abyss, and then just stayed their so as to avoid the summons of the AM’s.
I would think thats pretty boring. But even then, we dont know that they did not do that.
But if someone did that, my money would be on dragons doing that.KorwinMemberRoyal Sorcereres too (but there its more Psionic than Magic).
KorwinMemberElves seem to be missing.
The “Heartheans” entry suggest that they are in the Body Politic.
As one might expect, this nomenclature does not work well when trying to distinguish people of other races, such as “humans,” thus after much debate, and years of name calling, the term hearthean was finally, grudgingly agreed to (mainly among humans and elves).
KorwinMemberSo the background Info reads like it could be from an RPG?
Is it used as an Campaign-Setting? If yes, with what system? If no, is an RPG off shot planned?
