T-A-G clearly needs some torture to motivate hom Tizzy – try Dalton’s Demon Darts, Wargol’s Wracking Wrenches, Sargum’s Soul Slicers, Spirit Wracks and Davalon’s Degradations. They should do the trick!!!
Not anywhere near where I wanted to be.

I got attacked by “work demons” forcing me to earn money by doing things that generate revenue faster…prior to that, I was stuck in a Facebook new spiral…that place is probably worse than youtube in terms of preventing things getting done.

On the plus side, I’ve been doing lots of plotting and scene planning, so the overall stories are improving even if the word count is.

And actually, this is important, once I have the story down and start typing, I can generate a lot of words fast, but doing that requires me to sort of charge up by not writing for periods and telling the story over and over in my head in different ways. This happened for all the other books. The difference is that I’m working on 3 books at the moment…and actually that’s now finding myself annoyed at how it’s affected my focus.

Have you thought about joining Patreon.com? It’s a fantastic website designed to allow people to fund authors they like . . . to become their ‘Patron’. Only instead of in the old days where a write would have a single uer rich patron, the idea is for a small ammount of money to come from many people. It’s been so successful that many ‘amature’ writers have been able to give up their day jobs and focus soley on writing. Just thought I’d mention it x x x
Very interesting point.

Neither the Rod nor Oorstemoth know much about the Abyss, so they may not know how unusual this really is.

Sammael would obviously not take note since he’s seen the place freeze over, which as he said was quite impressive.

But I think it would be worth mentioning, even though they may not know how “weird” it is, the fact that these are the ONLY clouds they’ve seen/detected in the Abyss and they are all around this kooky volcano should elicit some response.

The real reason they don’t mention it, of course, is because I forgot about the storm clouds! ](*,) And the perpetual storm!
Hmm I don’t know. All the Inferno scenes really show that they know bugger all about the Abyss. Sam keeps being the one to tell them. I don’t think thwm commenting on the storm clouds would be consistent with their lack or knowledge. Pointing out that it’s the only clouds they’ve scene in the Abyss makes sense until you consider that from their perspective clouds are normal and given how wierded out they are I don’t really think it’s something that would catch their attention

“Orcus’ uncle.” Phaestus nodded. “Only one of my sister’s kids I ever liked. Well, Logoi is a decent kid, most of the time. Also the only one to show up at her wedding— and the only one to finally put her away when it became necessary.
The way the subject of the sentence is setup it implies that Logoi is the only to show to wedding and the only one to put her away when you meant Orcus.
I agree. I was momentarily confused when I read it the first time.

It’s not like we’re sacrificing virgins to dragons.

Sheesh, I miss Vermithrax, he was such a nice guy. Damn Ralph Richardson and Peter MacNicol for killing him!
I heard that some white haired girl obsessed wth freeing slaves has got three dragons. If you can find out what plane she’s on you could always steal one. Plus they’re each a different colour – one black, one white and one green. You could have the green one and be colour co-ordinated!

P.s. do Dragon’s like your cookies?

    Hi TAG

Thanks for the table it was good but could we have a bit of a description for each. I get that a vampyre is like a blood list animalistic vampire but still a bit hazy on others. What exactly is a ghoul? You said vampires victims become ghouls are they fleshing zombie types that are independent rather than animated like Zombies. And what is a ghast?????

I like the scenes as they are to be honest and think you should keep them in. I know it’s difficult with lots of characters but there’s nothing more annoying than when an author leaves a character out that someone likes.
I am going to add a poll for this one.

According to the font of all knowledge: Google

    em·is·sar·y
    ˈeməˌserē/Submit
    noun
    noun: emissary; plural noun: emissaries
a person sent on a special mission, usually as a diplomatic representative.
synonyms: envoy, ambassador, delegate, attaché, consul, plenipotentiary; More
    Origin

early 17th century: from Latin emissarius ‘scout, spy,’ from emittere ‘send out’ (see emit).

so technically is someone on a “mission” an “emission” of some other authority. So the use is technically correct.

The problem is, our connotation of it is diplomatic as they say above.

So the question is, do we think the orcs/D’Orcs would have the same connotation? They are sensitive to all things diplomatic.

I’ve settled on interlocutor for what the Grove does to handle things like the armistice between the alvar and orcs.
Herald? Priest?
