[/quote]I took it to mean a corridor in the troops, i.e., they were surrounded by D’Orcs so they could not flee. Tom had some of the D’Orcs move aside so those that wanted to could leave.
Saw you changed the layout. Don’t know if all you did was change colors, but there are some layout problems. 1440×900
Edit: Honestly, without flexbox I don’t see what you can do beyond making it a nested collapsible list or shrinking the covers.

Eh, I viewed the Phoenix Cycle as being the same as the immortal rebirth in El Goonish Shive . Basically everything becomes a diary / memory, but with no emotion attached. You know everything you used to know only what you know is interpreted as something you read / saw rather than experienced.

A title like “The Demon God” strikes me as a final or penultimate title. Are we near that point?

They have a spy. Long-term I do not know nor do I know if he had access to examine the blade, but that spy would be able to discover that it was EM, that it was used to kill Orcus. Also Talarius declared it a demon slaying blade in front of everyone at the fight which was captured by the balling.

So… Heron or his people can tell from a distance that EM was a blade tainted with unlife and yet Tiernon’s people and the avatars that inspected the blade couldn’t sense it? I thought Tiernon’s blessing (and that’s why Sentir blessed it) hid that fact.
