Listened to the audiobook, jeez. Fantastic. Some of J. Zachary’s other short stories are pretty funny if short.

Yeah, it’s the same fellow we discussed on the Amazon boards, and you did mention that the topic of “pearie” was close to your heart.

Too bad the Amazon boards don’t have a search functionality, nor do they allow Google to index them.[/quote]

Gonna not post a “mistake” without re reading book 1 and 2 completely. Well rest in piece sleep.

Have there been any underwater battles with water breathing creatures versus D’Orcs? I mean D’Orcs don’t have to breathe like demons so they could fight them. Have there been any like that?

When I talk about things like foreshadowing I don’t actually want answers mostly cause I want to read them in the book lol. Just getting my kinda mental list of Talarius and most of his actions. Sense we don’t actually get time frames for when these things happen and if it is before or after, The Bitter Knife™- “I can’t believe it can cut more than butter”, I pretty much just put it on the “he has it” list.

What I’m seeing is Talarius is more of a meany then later on in bk2 and 3. Makes sense why he had a “mental change.”

Completely different topic that I have a question about, did Maelen recognize Tom in the Balling he watched in the beginning of bk2. He has seen both Edwyrd and Tom in his “flame on” form during the “pirate” battle on asmeth ship.

Also why was there no conversation about Edwyrd on the cloud ship. I mean he, according to maelen he was a “big player.”

Yeah maybe some lenamare planning his grand escape or just various lower non mages who don’t know what’s happening questioning the council.

wait wasn’t there a part that said that it was a standard form semi-common among tier 4? greater demons.
can’t remember what tom is 4 i think or 4.9.

This is probably one of the things that always confused me. So in bk1 Talarius had the holy mirror of demon seeing. It’s names not important, but it can see through shielding people have for demonic influence.

There are 3 archdemons and only 1 greater demons according to the mirror.

When Rupert is in the tent with Talarius and verigas being found out as a demon, Talarius uses the mirror. Rupert shines green in the mirror.

The mirror works by shining a light that corresponds to a demons power being red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

Bess isn’t in freehold that we know of on this specific night but we know she’s a goddess in disguise anyways so she might not show up at all.

Therefore by the process of science Tom is a slightly less powerful archdemon then Ramses and Exador. But adding in the power of Doom, and the satellites he becomes a demon prince.

Fastest upgrade to a God like levels I’d say.

Dang missed opportunity for kangaroo demons or D’roos. Hmm maybe they have one of the city that’s not the courts of chaos.

Interesting thought if the city of lilith is called “courts of chaos” what’s the Baron of chaos’ city called. Hir city can’t be “courts of chaos” also, because of copyright.

Oh yeah not sure if this was talked about or not, but random text throughout seems to be bolded. Not sure if it’s purposeful or not. Thought it was just in the “new” parts, but just not reading and scrolling through it is all over. Might just be pdf version.
Edit: won’t let me read epubs on my kindle 🙁 y Amazon YYYY?

They would have been in the trap with Orcus cause the dome came up during a battle.

Sentir and adoh would have had to plan it that way so it wasn’t immediately known what was going on. This made sentir able to manipulate information after the fact to be like “Orcus was muh supur evillll” and what not. And I toats didn’t use monstrosities to kill him. Nothing suspicious here.

Aww man, that would be a great conversation with Bess about how he made the ultimate dick joke, only for her to find out he helped the slaughter of her people.

They might become sentient again but with antimus, because they don’t have their original souls.

If it doesn’t matter if they have antimus or animus, they might regenerate. This also goes with all the undead, the dragons and liches, but they would be antimus beings.

But this would take a long time though. So unless they spend a while in the abyss it won’t matter that much.
