Well, to answer that question you have to sub-question and ask “in which dimensions”

One key feature that the Altrusians easily demonstrated while conservation of energy (and thus matter) is inviolate across the multiverse (as far as we know) but not necessarily at a single localverse level.

Meaning you can do Dimensional Energy Arbitrage to move energy/matter back and forth across dimensions/universes or extra dimensional spaces. In the course of doing so, a third party witness might think you are creating/destroying energy, whereas you are actually just shifting between universes.

    me too!

T-A-G has been on vacation the last 19 days, trying to stay away from computer in hope of resting his right hand. His hand feels like it encased in mud (and fingers have Pinhead style pins in them) and he can’t even manage a Vulcan “live long and prosper” with it, the left most fingers are so lacking in dexterity.

Thinking in Book 4, Gastrope’ may have to change his name to Gastrobe’ or maybe use my nickname for him–“Gassy”

Whatever is going on in that had (tendenitous/pinched nerve) have been a nightmare for typing for the last few months for work/work let along writing/work.

It is much better, but he’s going to have to go see a specialist…

I should hope not, but then anything that might cause procrastination cannot be ruled out.

I fear a bionic arm might require too much training/learning/rehab time…but who knows? It might ultimately be the faster solution.

All three are slugging along, he’s gotten rather busy with other work this summer, so it is slower than he or I would like, but that’s not always bad.

Sometimes if one pushes it too hard and fast, one gets blocked…that happened for a while on CoA:ITA, so he went to focus on the other two, which allowed CoA:ITA to percolate and the log jam cleared so he could then continue.

There will not be any betas before Q4, I fear….still hoping for Spring 2018 for v4 with the other two spaced a few months plus or minus.

Tisdale Saskatchewan, via Google Street Maps it is truly a booming metropolis! Albeit sort of like an unwalled version of Mugatroy….
Tisdale sounds like a British beer. Sounds like something Boggy came up with. Is that the business you’re in together?
Well, I have brewed my own beer; however, I don’t use hops, I have another “herb” that I replace the hops with. I think it seriously improves the “flavor”

    :-$
Apparently the town was originally known as Doghide, after the river, and was renamed in honour of one F.W. Tisdale, a CNR Employee. Western Canada’s biggest gun shoot out took place just east of Tisdale apparently. Tisdale’s old Motto used to be the “Land of Rape and Honey” due to its significance in both rapeseed(canola) and honey production, and is home to The world’s second largest honey bee statue.
I have definitely heard that motto before, I think it’s the entire county/region, which is also called Tisdale. However, as the namesake of this community, I am reasonably certain that was an a posteriori retconning of the phrase to comport with modern sensibilities. As you probably know, we demons love coating our rape partners in honey, so when we eat them afterwords, it’s like a desert.

Although, I knew this one demon, he used to feed his rape partners honey instead of coating their outsides. Interestingly enough, that time in Denver when we went to Casa Bonita with my good friend Eric Cartman, he ate his sopapillas the exact same way. Maybe that’s how he got the idea?

If you are “That Guy” are you dating “That Girl” Marlo Thomas? Pretty sure she’s currently married to Phil Donahue. Tsk Tsk Tsk But she is still a young thing at only 79. I’d date her, but that would be some serious cradle robbing on my part.

Stephen should be wrappinng up or maybe wrapped up the first round. It then goes to editors who work on it, maybe have him redo a few parts etc.

The first book took 3 months, the second, which was submitted at the same time came out a month behind. I would thus expect about 3 months from when T-A-G sent them the book.

They have not, however, asked for the cover art yet. One would presume they are getting close when they ask for that. I have hacked T-A-G’s email account so if they ask for it, I’ll notify everyone.

    Speaking of Sammael,

Yesterday, the day after my last post on this topic, T-A-G’s editor at Tantor asked for the cover art. As I said, I have hacked and am able to view his email so I was alerted.

He asked her what the tentative release date was, she said the current plan was for 10/3/17.

So, a bit later than we hoped, but it is a big and complex book, and the editors need time to review all the narration and make sure it’s correct.

I tried to post this yesterday as soon as I found out, but my AOL dial up connection went down (again). [cursing] It is very frustrating but given the extremely long phone line between my cave and the telephone switching station in the Courts of Chaos, not to mention their very long phone cable to Earth, this stuff happens all too frequently. [sad]

I really wish we had 4G or higher in the Abyss for cellular data, but cell phone towers are few and far between. And unfortunately, there is no way of converting bytes into something that can be sent by mirror, at least that I know of.

Where in the multiverse does this Lei Fung guy exist? Woa…

Ah, Thomas is grumpy, but he’s not as bad as Linden Avery–someone so cheerful she makes Jessica Jones seem like Lucille Ball….

Interesting, but not so sure on the fictionalized Jesus bit.

During the ‘wrap party’ for Book III, Hilda and I got to talking, apparently she knows Jesus, they are in the same inter-pantheon wine club. They sit around drink wine, gossip, and have their illuminaries wash their feet. Apparently it’s sort of a kink for him, ever notice how he goes from house to house demanding people wash his feet while he drinks their wine (or makes his own)? Kinky! I’m thinking it might be kind of fun though, in fact twice as fun for me!
I think we found Tizzys perfect love interest: The Demigorgon! Yes, Tizzy doesnt need a second head (clearly more then one mind in the head he has) BUT the children would be perfect. Two heads, four arms, four legs… you got it!
Honestly Tizzy, the Demigorgon is the only being capable of giving your manly parts the attention they deserve AND your (alomst) clones could talk 2 times at once so we hear both sides of the argument you only had in your head so far!

While we are at D&D, the wand of Orcus kills everything it touches in D&D. Does that apply to Toms rod or was it some kind of exaggeration?
Hmm, Demogorgon has lots of heads, but thought it was a he, missing lady parts to make babies. Not sure any more. Haven’t seen it in some time, just the one from the Upside Down…not too interested in that one.

Well, it hasn’t killed Tom yet, so it must not kill everything it touches. But I am sure if he “touched” someone hard enough with it they would die.

Converted using deep learning artistic style transfer from a propaganda poster model and:

Training the model took me 11 hours on a beefy GPU EC2 instance.
Wouldn’t it have been faster to use Photoshop and a color/pattern replacement tool/brush?
