Are D’Zombies a thing?

Not powered by Antimus but by Abyssal Demons?
Given how long it has been (figuratively speaking), since Tom was summoned by Lenaare. Is it possible that given all that has happened with Tom, that Lenamare would not be able to command Tom/Orcus to do his bidding? I am wondering if it is like with God (our world), that in order to be able to summon and command him, you would need all his True Names. Tom seems to be gathering True Names, and titles like a magpie gathers shiny items.
I suspect the difficulty of summoning Tom would not lie in his true name,
but the power boost he got after he got the Wand of Orcus/Rod of Tommus and Mount Doom (and surfacing memories of Orcus).

So I was listening to the 3 audiobooks the last 2 weeks.
In heavenly host, Lilith mentioned her two lakeys which tend to die permanently often and that she imprinted new demons with an copy.

So do we know what imprints are, how close are they to the original?

Is Tom an imprint? Or an variant of an imprint.
If he is an imprint, I think he was imprinted at conception by his father.

    Is Tizzy his father?
Or is Rupert his son his father?
Now, don’t tell them, because I really like both Tom and Rupert, but both are bit ugly to be my children…no offense…but you have to admit they are missing some limbs–clearly off putting. Reggie on the other hand, is mildly attractive, he’s only partially debilitated, missing a pair of legs, but fine on the arm front.
Well and a second dick, if I remember correctly.

We know that the Magic rules in an Localverse are the same, meaning outside of the Localverse they are different.
The Abyss is outside of the Localverse by definition.

So is the reason why Exador spends so much time in Astlan, because his wizardry is not working proberly in the Abyss?

How different are the rules between Aslan and the Abyss?
Thanks!

The only way this series doesn’t get finished is if I’m relaxing some evening, enjoying some milk and that nice box of cookies someone left on my doorstep and some wizard captures me…

Of course, even then, I’d eventually finish the series, although it might be a few thousand years later…hopefully people will wait 2 or 3 thousand years between books…I mean, we all do it for GRRM…
Well I don’t do it for GRRM, did not even finish his last book… :-“
It will probably be mid year, there will be a beta first. I think T-A-G is hoping to start that by May, if not sooner. He keeps getting distracted by too many projects, some of them not related to the books (staring at the Internet, jaw agape as a certain archdemon creates havoc on Earth).

He’s currently writing book iv, CoA:ITW, and OOA: and Who in the Abyss is that? (the free character guide/background ebook)
And I want in o:)
Heaven’s Doom is fantastic.

I like Heaven’s Wrath, but I don’t know that it fits for the book.

Thinking of plot points I suppose I could also do “Revenge of Big Sis” Although I’m not sure anyone knows if she’s a big sis or a little sis. “Revenge of Little Sis” [biggrin]
Doomed God of the Abyss?
    Doomed Family?
    Revenge on Doom?
BTW: The Demon God was added after I had voted and now I can’t go back and change my vote](*,)
You can’t vote multiple times? Or do you want to retract your old vote?

Btw. an variant to the ‘The Demon God’. How about ‘The Reborn Demon God’?

And second btw: in book 3 we saw how similiar Tom and Orcus are.
Maybe we will see some differences between Tom(mus) and Orcus in the next?

I imagine this will be the first time Orcus got raised as human and not as Godling, right?
So it might change how he sees the god-business. He might actually go forward with the after-dead Service for his followers.

The following is an alternate hypothesis. It is not actually a “direct spoiler” because I am not stating it as the truth. I am stating it as an alternate explanation as to what is happening. However, it might disturb people and trick them into thinking it is “the truth” rather than “a truth.” So I wrap it in Spoilder tag.

It is something that has been previously discussed, so I am simply reintroducing it.
Or, is this Phoenix thing really not true ‘re-incarnation’ but rather a role that completely new people come in to fill and get shaped by “the role” and the “expectations” people have for the role. I.e. perhaps Tom is not Orcus reincarnated, but has assumed the “mantle of orcus” and what he is experiencing is the expectations of everyone who knew “Orcus” For example, once Hephaestus, Tiernon, Torean, Lilith, Sammael all decide Tom is Orcus, does he start conforming to their expectations, even as he did when summoned as a demon?

Big question in this case would be, how did Tommus get Orcus memories.

    Edit:
Looking at the names, got another variant ‘Prince of Doom’
