MemberTizzy him walking doesn’t make sense as in the first book book tom had to carry him while they escaped lenamare’s school.
EyeDeKay
MemberHmm I wonder if after having his knights killed, will the aforementioned baron switch to Tom’s side after talking with lillith. What kind of powers will tom discover in book 3? Not questions I really want or need answers to as book 2 isn’t out yet but ideas for the future.
For the tittle I’d be cool if you cool stick with alliteration like the heavenly host.EyeDeKay
MemberAccidentally posted twice. Delete please. No idea how.

Member

However, I did read Dungeon Born (The Divine Dungeon #1) which is a seriously weird take on LitRPG.
That is one of the books I’ve read lately – enjoyed it, but that was largely due to the fact that I created a D&D adventure based on this idea about 15 years ago – and ran my players through it…..
I think that best ones I’ve read so far are…..
Mirror Word series by Alexey Osadchuk (Book 1 Project Daily Grid)
Ascend Online by Luke Chmilenko
The Chaos Seeds Series by Aleron Kong (Book 1 The Land: Founding: A LitRPG Saga)
The Realm of Arkon Series by G. Akella (Book 1 Patch 17)I think Ascend Online is the best one that I’ve read so far in this genre, followed closely by the Realm of Arkon series

Her first book is good kinda like gentleman’s bastard with a charming thief.

Her Urban Fantasy is pretty good as well. About a nice dragon in a family of horrible people.

Memberbdsm because God wants half angels to obey their “mate”. But they didn’t think any demons could break the seal of cipher whatever it’s called.
I’d recommend skipping sex scenes from most books. I reference 50 shades of grey because a lot of people only have experience with bdsm from that.

MemberExcited to hear him pronounce the dwarves long names lol.

MemberThe intro is the worst part of the book.
EyeDeKay
MemberIt was 3 chapters long. That is not long at all.

MemberMaybe the doomalogue could be called The Doom Star. Or Doom Killer Base xD
EyeDeKay
MemberI didn’t habe trouble with the big characters we see a lot but if more and more smaller, but important people keep coming up than this would be 10/10 for keeping track of who’s who.
Of course for those just getting into the book, spoilers would ruin the “twists”.

I looked at The Contractor, but the blurb didn’t hook me. I’ll check it out. Thank The Slimy One I have Kindle Unlimited. At current book prices, my book budget would equal my food budget…and I have three cube-lets at home!
Contractor was a book that was so predictable that I could play Cliché Bingo using it and win before I finished. Not that it was “bad” writing.
Totally agree. To make it sound worse the three races are stealth frogs, space religious fanatics and not demon demons.

Member“Most of them are major demons and their leaders are greater demons,” Said by tizzy. Shapechanging stated by Maelen in bk1 was possible. He doesn’t know Edwyrd is a demon, but he says, “He could even just shape change himself younger.”
Maybe the risar can do it themselves or Tom could shape change them. Wasn’t that what Gastropé was afraid of? Exador shapechanging him?

MemberSo was scrolling through facebook a post came up.
One of my recommendations for serial stories to read “everybody loves large chests” was read by jeff hays on his twitch channel FiatCelebrity. He shared that he’s reading more of that story first, then he is going to do Demons of astlan: into the abyss. Nice.
He’s reading the first story i mentioned right now here:
https://www.twitch.tv/fifiatcelebrity
I will edit this to add the video after he’s done.
Edit 1: forgot to mention he works for audible.
Seems TAG was there lol. Anyways it starts at around 9 minutes. It’s the chapter where Tom meets boggy and tizzy.
