MemberSo in the end we won’t really find out about power levels much more until the next book is out, i guess? It’s going to be a long few months…

MemberThank you! As you know it’s hard to find good hats these days so I’ve been forced to make my own from my prior hat knowledge.
What I’m currently Wearing is called a Regent, if I’m not mistaken.

MemberIf it’s quite alright I’d very much enjoy to be a part of the beta and help out. I hope you don’t mind Tizzy but I’ll just Embed the required Soul of payment in a Blood red word link

MemberTizzy are we getting close to a release on any of the books this year? i’m desperate for new content, most of the authors i’ve been watching have been very slow and i’ve been kind of deprived for books for half a year now.

MemberI’ll back up what i said about the meshuggah songs by posting their lyrics, that’ll help make my thoughts understood better:
We are origin
We are increate
You will see our coming for a thousand years
Every violent element incarnate
Made flesh and fused to one
You may call us remnant, as we are all that will be left
Brought forth by ancient whisper
Deployed by inverse suns
To capture the essence of creation
And render it undone
We come to make all things collide
Those joules define what we are
An energy born in dissonance
Long before first ever star
Baptized in the river you call time
We know that we are sacred
In human tongue we’re apocalypse
For we bring with us obliteration
Through spectacles tuned to infinity,
You will see our coming for a thousand years
You will know us then for what we truly are
The realization of every fear.2nd song:
Cry if you need to, disguise, evade, hide
Run ’til you hit water, then swim
Murder in your wake, plan, commit, exact
You have earned our rage, now fly
Beg if you have to, trade away your pride
Run ’til you hit ground, then dig
Death in your wake, those fantasies enacted
You will learn that our rage won’t die
You will surely pay the ultimate price
There is no way you will escape our retribution
It will not matter how long it takes
You took them from us so we will take you
Do you believe that luck will somehow stand you by?
Do you really think our resolve will wane?
Do you really think that it will dissipate?
We will haunt you, we will come for you
To collect on what you owe to us
Eye for eye, life for life
Only payment in full can end this strife.I mean come on? that’s pretty unlifey/chaotic.

MemberThere’s childish whining and then there’s WoT whining, and it’s not just that it’s the overall emasculation of all the male characters and how all the female characters are scheming psychopaths, and how no matter what is done feels absolutely pointless, how it felt like the main characters were essentially Railroaded along with 0 character growth.

MemberAGAIN, YOU’VE DONE IT AGAIN! *grumbles in a corner* I should have known you were going to use torture, but for this? this is evil.

MemberFair enough, It certainly makes me cant wait for the next one, so i wont deny that your strategy isn’t working.

MemberNot related to the topic, but i was wondering where The grove and Murgatroy were in relation to shown geography of Astlan as i cant find them on what is mapped out, and also how thick are the mountains around Freehold as shown in the map as i don’t remember there being a lot of references in regards to them.

MemberDon’t get too stressed out TAG, most of this will be worked out hopefully without too much BS, I’ll throw my review up so you get a good Head start for the Canadian Section. can’t do anything for the .com section though.

MemberMy problem with Aer-ki Jyr is that he goes a bit nuts with Pro-veganism and gets Way Way WAYyyyyyy too in depth with everything and drags on too much with it, like, down to the most mediocre of Minutae, But not the minutae involved with character development. It’s also just a tad bit Sterilized, for younger audiences possibly.
