I may have used google translator to translate the last two books of a 3 part series from Russian to English because only the first book was published in the US.

I hate waiting.. Lol
Someone else who has read alexey glushanovsky’s books?
Those were great. The ending was a bit confusing though.

What is the book? I’m guessing it contains mind reaving instructions
Possibly how to trigger a nervous disconnect between your emotions and the reavees? Like how to take just the knowledge? Maybe even how to rip and rend minds in later sections of the book?
It seems mind rending works off links so might it be possible to drain the knowledge into some kind of recording crystal described on this forum?
That way you can view it without the emotions? Maybe if you put their memories in the crystal it would have a tint of the relevant emotions at the relevant time? Anyway, theories on the book are welcome here.

Is it possible that the astlanian dimension supports four spatial dimensions but only uses three?
E.g. programming support on a jock’s computer?
If so then the abyss might be were that compatibility is stored.
If tom figures out how to think in four dimensions… No summoning circle could fully bind him, no wizard could make a link he cannot break by tearing it apart were it has no defenses, e.g. from a fourth dimension. He could break a demons connection to the abyss and kill it forever. More important is that he could make a link that wizards and clerics don’t know about and can’t see, then possess them whenever the whim strikes him.
I was thinking that astral travel might just be another level of parallel dimensions that wizards discovered with similar rules to the astlanian one but for lack of a better turn, sideways… but if the abyss is four dimensional, that might be what the concordenax discovered, and what made him so powerful. Just a theory relevant to the current discussion.
It’s relevant because the demonic link might be in the fourth dimension.:-$ keep this secret from anyone with a modicum of creativity will you? Because the chaos this could cause 8-[ … On second thought Tizzy please share this with everyone but lenamare.
Pandemonium is fun.

What are the general misconceptions that you see in the books pertaining to demons that tizzy, boggy, antefalken, and or tom don’t correct? Because I want to know what is misinformation spread from wizards ( men and women in pointy hats with no sense of right and wrong!) ](*,) And what is accurate reliable information on this forum. Besides everything tizzy says.
tizzy can’t see yellow can he? Because I don’t trust him, not because he is a demon, but because he is, well, Tizzy. :^o

Also is it possible to make an artificial demon via animus from dead things? If so then do wizards ( no sense of right or wrong, a blight and virus over the land, truly,) tend to summon demons on battlefields? If so might that make a larger or more powerful demon? Especially during the forming process, or do they have magic circles to prevent that? If they do then they probably don’t know why they do it other than paranoia.

And on the topic of animus, is it possible to fuse mana and animus? Or does that make some kind of magic antimatter? Or are they like oil and vinegar that attract each other? Is there an equivalent of an emulsifier? So many questions, and I am waiting eagerly for book two! =d>

in reply to: Oorstemoth Appreciation Day #2806

As a vast and virtuous society, Oorstemoth is ostensibly overly and overtly perhaps a pint too pernicious in it’s vigilant vows to safeguard superiority the auspicious axiomatic Oorstemothian order.
This most blatant of blunders of believing Oorstemoth is perhaps a malefactor is most assuredly antithesis to Oorstemothian order.
Thus Oorstemoth has issued a dictum citing, row three of page 284 of the official Oorstemoth holiday creation guideline, said dictum is a reissue of a dictum issued on the 1st day of the tenth quarter month (Titius) on the 100th year of the post Vargosian calendar, (for those of you unaware of Date Oorstemothian) that was repealed by an infiltration agent of The Church of Tiernon who had successfully infiltrated Oorstemoth but was found to be guilty of Unlicensed Infiltration of an Empire in Affiliation with Oorstemoth or Oorstemoth itself. Said dictum had issued an officially sanctioned Oorstemothian holiday. Said holiday is an alliteratively active holiday frequently shortened by those incapable of pronouncing said soliloquy in a sincere or otherwise properly pronounced manner. the shortened name of said holiday is Oorstemoth Appreciation Day.
the full version in all its gratuitous glory is sadly not possible to fit in this text box. but enough lamenting on a lack of loquaciousness,
let the jovial jamboree justly commence!

So, the last bit about tom going back in time did seem likely but I would like to elaborate on what I think would happen, tom either gets shunted back in time by Ramses or Ramses teaches tom to do so on his own, tom then becomes the concordenax ( did I spell it right?) And disappears to become teirnon ( did I spell that right? No? Sorry.) Or the same thing happens except its tiernon that shunts tom back in time and tom does or does not become tiernon.
