MemberUhm, not sure I remember it being brought up before.
May want to change peace to truce, in practicality, they have to have something.
I think “peace” among orcs, is probably OK, the tribes have to negotiate peace in order to form Hordes….

MemberActually, I think I did address that to some extent. Can you reread the latest sections on first arrival in Nysegard in alpha 3, it’s like two sections I think
I may have missed highlighting those as changed.
I have sort of finessed the issue, but it may not be enough.

MemberSee it, please reply to bring it back to my attention in the morning (going to bed now)

MemberIndeed, in fact, we are supposed to assume that is exactly what Tizzy did, go and slay is AM, because Boggy had just done so, and it would make all the sense in the world.
He may have done so. We don’t know.
Yes, the Wizard Tisdale was running around near the end of the Anilords, helping to kill them (at least the Huntermaster of the MRs), same time Exador was in charge of the Rod.

Memberbingo on the detection thing. Forgot that. Need to really add Ruiden as a true character to my notes, have not done that…which is racist (artifactest?) of me.
Correct, he did the directing thing, Talarius knew that he was “intelligent” or something, they had empathy, but Ruiden had never mentally spoken to Talarius before the golem thing. It was really a very traumatizing experience for Ruiden that pushed him to “grow” as a person (sword/golem)
Oh dear Tiernon, am I going to have to write a side novel or short story about Ruiden’s history now? A book who’s protagonist is a magic sword?
Hmm, that could be challenging and interesting if done well.

MemberI am not sure that all the followers had links to Orcus.
This is something that rather surprised Tom in this book, I’ve sort of thought this as “Nysegard” specific.
Remember, he doesn’t want to be in the ‘god game’ and so the Nysegard thing is “extra” and getting him to reconsider (or rather Orcus to reconsider)
Does this need to be clarified or can we let it be mysterious for the moment, we still don’t understand the full details of what happened.
The Author Guy
MemberYes, you are correct, shamans and warlocks etc.
The Author Guy
MemberSo going back to read the rest of the discussion.
EM could not have followed the links to the shamans and warlocks because those links were down thanks to the dome.

MemberMeat Freezer.
Technically–any astral traveling wizard/mana users can have multiple bodies if they have a way of creating one.
The other body appears to be asleep or in a trance when not occupied. It’s very much avatar or dual lives while dreaming.
We don’t know for sure what he’s doing with his meat body when he is Tierhallon; he does not seem to be leaving it in Hilda’s hotel room. But you would want to put it somewhere safe, where mortal needs are met (food/water) My assumption is that he has a safe location, where he goes into a “guru” type trance where the body is in a form of suspended animation not requiring much food or water and astral travels.
So it literally is a meat freezer.

MemberWell, was hoping for Friday, but it may be Sunday or in between.
There is a lot of dramatic tension happening right now and I’m not getting to the big battles as quickly as I might have thought.
Beragamos meeting with Orcus (Tommus) is rather more intense/direct than I had anticipated. Meaning, I really hadn’t thought that much about what has to happen when Tom walks into the COL Command Center with a bunch of avatars in it, including one that Orcus knew personally. Tom had another flashback when he saw Beragamos…plus, everyone recognized Edwyrd as Orcus, which is why people keep calling him Orcus which is screwing with his head.

MemberYou will be happy to know he’s back in the stuff after what you’ve read.
He specifically came to Nysegard with them, he’s right there when Talarius shows up, just did that scene earlier this evening, but there are several scenes where he is there.
The Author Guy
MemberUhm, not sure on what you guys have.
They finally board the Inferno…do you have that? Samwell is being very surly as Melisance waves her derriere as she comes down the ladder into the ship.

MemberIt took them about 3.5 days to hammer out the contract, so it was a long time, but realize you have Denubians and Oorstemothians negotiating a contract, that’s going to take some time, they have a lot in common in that respect.
The behind the scenes reason is that I don’t really have space left to move on with their story so it has to wait for next book.
The Author Guy
MemberPlease reply to this so I get back to it.
Need to think about first part. As we will see in stuff you haven’t read. Tiernon is very aware of crap happening.
However, Beragamos doesn’t have that many illumination streams at this point, he’s pretty autonomous of the system and Tiernon has a LOT of links.
So we can delay that a bit…the first thing we know is when all the Siblings are in Heaven’s Home about midday. We don’t know what freakout is going on, other than SF crapping his pants.
The Author Guy
MemberHmm, yes, good point, however he’s not there for that long and he is not as in a direct line as the attending archon and prophetess.
They are the primary links for to the god pools; Sentir Fallon would not be able to contain all the illumination streams for everyone in the localverse, or if he did, he wouldn’t get much done.
So while he has links they aren’t illumination streams, but yes if someone was paying attention they’d have seen him disappear.
I am going to think on that one, may want to add details to explain this.
