All this new content in the Citadel has the various people that came through the portal from Astlan pop up here and there. But not Isekrus. He’s pretty high up in he church hierarchy and despite his recent inquisition it seems he is still able to draw mana and cast spells, make prayers, etc. But he vanished and hasn’t been involved in the planning or operations.
