    Hi,

Kindle and it’s formatting have presented issues with almost every release I’ve done, that plus finding errors and correcting them mean that readers may be reading “older” versions of their books.

In order to get the latest version of an Kindle books, do the following.

    1) Log in to your Amazon.com Account
    2) Click on My Account in the upper left
    3) Scroll down your account page to DIGITAL CONTENT
    4) Under MANAGE DIGITAL CONTENT click on MANAGE YOUR CONTENT AND DEVICES
    5) This will provide you a list of your digital content
    6) The list of content shows everything you’ve bought. If you have older kindle books that have been updated, you will see a button that says “UPDATE AVAILABLE”
    7) Click on this button to get the latest version and then send it to your devices.

If you are not seeing the updates…

From your account page, along the top menu look for “Kindle Support” and click on that and then click on “Contact Us”

Wend you way through the questions answering things like

    Select an Issue: Kindle eBooks
    Select issue details: Kindle E-reader
    Select additional details: Something else

Box 3 will give the option to contact them via phone or chat.

Explain your problem, give them the ASIN of the book: B01N6DL30K

Tell them the author has updated the book and you want the updates, they should push them to you.

If your issue is with the Kindle Cloud Reader, tell them it doesn’t work (assuming it doesn’t) and that the author has personally told you that it should work and that it is a problem on the Amazon side.
