Those links never seem to work for me.
The move thing used to be totally wacky and would cause the site to go boom whenever someone used it in the HH beta. They got it fixed, so that it doesn’t boom anymore, but apparently still rather buggy.

However it has no messages attached to it. I don’t know where they went, there are no messages with null topicid’s

Unfortunately, there is a bug in the move function that basically ended up renaming the topic, and then I tried to fix it in the database and stuff just got rather scrambled.
