The Altrusians are the hyper advanced sleestaks that show up later in the series. They are the sleestaks the built the all the portals and gateways in land of the lost.
The current sleestaks are the sort of sorry descendants and predecessors of the Altrusians. Yes, they are both, because apparently the altrusian civilization is cyclical in time…
So, should I clear this up better for people who may not remember every single episode of Land of the Lost?
