    The second lacuna takes place during the battle, the interdiction is still up.
    So, where is Tizzy pulling his stuff from?
    I had figured he was somehow pulling it from some kind of inter-dimensional hidey-hole.

    That is interesting, isn’t it?

    I suspect he keeps the notes in the same place he keeps his pipe.

    Apparently it’s not an Orifice of SafeKeeping, since we know that Bags of Safekeeping don’t work.
