I really wonder why Gods have sex or need to procreate. Well, according to science/evolution creatures need to have sex because they eventually die. Sex is a mechanism to pass genes so that they (the genes) have virtual immortality. A lot more complex than that but you’ll get the picture.
The shorter the life a creature have, the more ‘sexual’ they are and the more they breed. Almost all insects, and many small animals like frogs, and rats have sexual orgies very often. Males breed with as much females as they can, and females breed with as much males as they can.
The longer the life span, the less primitive the sexual behaviors become and the less they breed. Birds do the dance things, humans date, and wolves creates packs.
So, gods being immortal; sex and procreation is just unnecessary and may even be a hindrance.
Did you know, some scientist even postulate that humans would not have sexual organs in the future as they are able to unlock the secret of immortality or instead uses genetics manipulation and technology to increase their number?
Not to mention, gods are immortal. If they breed, their offspring would be immortal too. These offspring would breed too and create more gods. By simple logic and mathematics soon the world would be overpopulated by gods.

Still mice are better, I think. At least they can be killed. A god plague would be far worse a nightmare. They would just became immortal pests.
