    Maybe he just didn’t get the reference to some quote!

    Considering how many times this book has been run through various proofing, it is amazing how something that obvious got missed.

    That book took so long that I read, reread a jillion times and then through the actual editor.

    Somehow I missed this typo in all the feedback I gathered for the first book, a few years back.
